Chocolate Toffee Cookie Bars
  • Cookie Dough of Choice
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup of Toffee Bits
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ⅓ cup Butterscotch
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Place your cookie dough in a 13 x 9 inch glass pan, press down into the pan.
  3. Warm up the butterscotch in a glass dish in the microwave for 25-30 seconds.
  4. Spoon on top of the cookie dough and spread out.
  5. Sprinkle the toffee bits on top, then add the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the condensed milk and spread to the edges of the pan.
  7. Top with the shredded coconut.
  8. Bake until edges are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.
