Buffalo Spinach Hummus
 
Ingredients
  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic ~ 1 (15oz) can of Garbanzo/Chick Peas ~ 3 TBSP Tahini ~ 2 TBSP EVOO ~ 3 TBSP Lemon Juice ~ ½ cup spinach ~ ½ TSP Salt ~ 2-3 TBSP Hot Sauce
Instructions
  1. Pulse the first five ingredients in a food processor until smooth, approximately 2 minutes. Season with the salt, and add in the hot sauce and spinach and pulse again until fully incorporated and smooth.
  2. Serve with cucumber, peppers, celery or pita chips.
