Coming off a 4 day long weekend it is a little rough even thinking about going back to the daily grind. With the 4th of July coming up it is so easy to get off track with healthy eating, myself included. So for me it is very important to bring a dish to any party that way you know there is at least one dish is healthy for you to eat. Meats can be eaten wrapped in lettuce or without the bun.
