If you know me at all you know my dog Seamus. There is not many things I love more than that smiley little mug of his. Some say that dogs resemble their owners so I guess it is fitting we found each other, click to read his adoption story. Awhile ago I did a guest post over at Steph’s called Dogs Are Better Than Most Humans and my feelings haven’t changed.
I also have some new thoughts and lessons too, so grab a cup of coffee and get ready to smile.
~ A dog can always find a way to make you smile!
~ They look at you adoringly as if you hung the moon!
~ Just a reminder that a little sass goes a long way!
~ An afternoon resting on the couch in your pajamas and a Netflix marathon, no worries they don’t judge you. They just might join you.
~ It’s important to take care of yourself. A little massage (aka belly rubs) really helps to loosen the muscles. Make the time.
~ Someone annoying you? Just tilt your head and smile until it confuses them and they walk away.
~ When all else fails just smile, because it hasn’t broken you. You are stronger than you think, and your dog agrees.
Just remember there is no love stronger than that of a dog (or cat for my cat people).

Just lovely. We were saying yesterday it’s harder to watch our pups age than it is to watch humans age. Our furry kids are the best!

They are the best especially when it starts to get cold and you can just cuddle up with blankets. Best time ever!

To much sleep is never enough, my dogs can sleep like no one’s business. Oh and from Seven I learned to just go with the flow, she’s not your normal dog.
I wish we could sleep like they do!! Haha! That is a good lesson!
Dogs are so great! I’m lucky that my cat is super social and sweet.
That is awesome. My cat was standoffish but loved to be in my lap.

I totally get why they say dog is man’s best friend… I adore my fur babies. We can never take vacations because we cant leave them. I wish I was joking on that.

you know I love my cats to the moon and back.. but ssssh, don’t tell anyone, no-one loves you like a dog! my cats are adorable and affectionate.. when they want to be! most of the time they are happy to do their own thing, but dogs always want to be around you. no love like dog love!
Thank you. The camera does seem to like him. Yes cats are so independent it seems like they could take us or leave us, dogs just want us around all the time.
