Happy Friday!! How is everyone recovering from Halloween? I managed to escape with having only eaten 3 Almond Joy’s and I didn’t take home any of the leftovers. Emily from Beauty and the Greek posted about doing a Favorite Things post, so I have to join in the fun! So here are just a few of my favorite things, because honestly I am exhausted and still recovering from near to no sleep!!
This scarf is now on my Christmas list!! My Dad won’t buy anything online so this is up to my family or friends so if anyone needs ideas, this scarf is perfect and it’s on sale for $29!! Can’t beat it. The one below from the Gap runs a close second!
I am loving my cake decorating class and getting different ideas on Pinterest on even more ways to decorate cakes and cupcakes. I saw this pin and immediately thought about my niece who loves Disney princesses. With a little more practice I am confident I could do this one.
What more can I say about the Red Sox that hasn’t already been said ….. Boston Red Sox Champs!!! Exactly, nothing else needs to be said!
Seriously Halloween is my favorite Holiday!! I love dressing up and figuring out what to wear and decorating the yard. Seeing what all the kids dress up as, and the looks on their faces when I open the door all dressed up.
Now I am going to mope that it is over, but it’s time to start thinking about what i will be next year! It must be without face paint because that stuff starts to itch!!
I am obsessed with scarves. Both great pics!
Exhausted today too. TGIF.
I think I could wear a scarf everyday! What a long week, so glad that it is Friday. Hope it goes by fast!
THAT (CUP)CAKE!!! brilliant idea!
Isn’t it just the cutest!!! I think my niece would love it!!
loving the costumes! and yay for your Red Sox!
They were just too cute in their costumes and I had a blast! So excited they were able to pull out the win, now I am ready to get caught up on some sleep!!
Love both of those scarves! I’m a sucker for all things monogrammed too. I think you should go for it and make that cupcake dress. Can’t wait to see how it turns out!
Thank you SO much for linking up!
I live in scarves in the fall in winter. I think my niece would love the cupcake dress. I will be sure and document it! Thanks for hosting the linkup!
Those scarves are absolutely adorable! I love them!
Thank you! Scarves have to be my favorite accessory especially in the fall and winter!
That cake looks awesome!! I also loved seeing all the kiddos and animals dressed up in costumes! I had to constantly refresh my Instagram to see who’s next! Thanks for sharing your favorite things Kerry!
I think my niece would love it for her birthday! All the costumes were just too stinkin cute!! Thank you for hosting!
I LOVE that monogramed scarf! I wish it was colder here in Florida so I could finally wear them but I have to wait at least another 2 months before that happens – bah hum bug!
Isn’t it just perfect! I must have it! 🙂 I am so jealous of your warm weather but I also wouldn’t miss fall in New England for the world!
The scarf from Gap is gorgeous! I love scarves in the winter. 🙂
Face paint does start to itch after a while! I learned that in college as a theatre major, but I still love paining my face! Your costume was so great!
Thanks! I LOVE scarves too!! I know, I keep saying I am not doing the face paint but then I do again! It just really adds to the costume. I had such a blast dressing up, thanks!
I love that first scarf. So cute!
I would love to experience a NE fall! I was at my parents’ last night in the suburbs and there were hardly any trick-or-treaters. It’s so sad!
I have so many solid scarves but this year i am so drawn to plaid scarves. Oh you really should experience a NE fall, it’s so pretty! This year was pretty lame, we didn’t get as many trick or treaters as we usually do. 🙁
you can really never have enough scarves!!!
So true, I have like 30-50 and still want more!! 🙂
What a cute mint scarf from the Gap!
It’s like the perfect color and would go with a few things I own!
I love the green scarf and the Snow White cake is totally do-able! You got this!
Thanks, that scarf is a must! I am so glad i have some time to practice the cake. I think my niece will love it though!
I love scarves! and I will taste test the snow white first. If I must. That is what friends are for!
You are the best friend ever!! Haha!! Thanks for taking one for the team! 🙂
