Happy Tuesday! I came up with this recipe as a fun and fruit drink to ring in the warm weather. We have yet to have a 60 degree day but it has been warm enough to enjoy a nice Sangria. I mean do you really need an excuse? Thought not. Enjoy!
Ingredients: 1 can Pineapple chunks ~ 1 Orange ~ 1 Green Apple ~ 1 cup Parrot Bay Strawberry Rum ~ 1 (750ml) White Wine ~ 1/4 cup Truvia (Optional) ~ Sprite
Directions: Cut all fruit into chunk size pieces and add to a large pitcher. Add in the rum and white wine and let sit for 2 hours. If needed add in the sugar to taste. When ready to serve top each glass with a splash of Sprite.
Note: The quality of the wine determines how much sugar will be needed so add to taste.
Sit back relax and enjoy the warm weather. Feel free to jump over here to enter the Giveaway for $50 to Paypal or Target.
