I spent last night playing with my new iPhone 6 and trying to restore the backup. Needless to say I am excited for the weekend. I have a housewarming party on Saturday and some Christmas gifts to wrap and mail but other than that it is pretty wide open. I am hoping Sunday includes my pajamas and not moving all day. We can hope, right?
Well let’s get to it, I missed last Friday due to being in Maine so I am excited to join in again. Here are some favorites from the week.
Favorite DIY: An easy wreath for under $20, love it.
Favorite Recipe: This is a very cute idea for holiday cookie swaps. I’ll be working on an idea for one this weekend.
Favorite Quote: You are enough!
Favorite Good Deeds: Being able to help others is a gift. Here are a few ideas for ways you can help. Jana also posted some ideas for ways to give back.
Favorite Funnies: Farts make me laugh, can’t help it they do.
This is me with switching subjects, annoying I know. My memory problems play a factor too.
Seriously sometimes you just have to shake your head and laugh. Bubbles! Click on the pictures for more text conversations from that couple. Too cute.
What are you up to this Weekend?
Also linking up with Natasha for 5 on Friday.
Oh dear – that farting one…I will laugh every single time someone farts LOL!! Those cookies look amazing, hope you make them!! Enjoy your weekend and playing with your new iPhone…isn’t it the best!?
It is so bad, but I can’t help but laugh. It took a bit to swap everything over, but I am loving it so far, such a bigger screen.

Love this, especially the cards at the end! The wreath is beautiful. Giving is more beautiful! It feeds our souls.
Have a happy weekend!
Love, SMD’s momma !
Thank you. Giving always makes me feel better. Totally feeds the soul. Hope you have a great weekend.
Those cookies!!! YUMMAY!!
Don’t they look heavenly. Perfect swap cookie. I couldn’t have too many in my house.
Those cookies look so good. Have a great weekend!!
So minty good. Have a great weekend.

i will definitely try that wreath!!! and farts always make me laugh like a fool 😀
It is so cute and can match any decor. Seriously my Dad and brother farted all the time so I guess I’m just used to it. Haha!
Ooo the phone arrived?! Yay!
Those cookies look awesome, I love chocolate mint. Mmmm
Yes, it feels like it took forever but really just 3 days. They look so yummy, I was drooling.
ok those cookies look divine. that wreath looks SO fancy and 30 minutes and under $20? sign me up!
I may have to make them and give them away because they can NOT stay in my house! 🙂 They sold me on under 30 minutes and $20.
Anything with Andes mints is a hit to me!
I just bought a bag for another recipe so it would be a nice recipe to try.
Hahaha! The couple’s conversation is killing me. That’s my husband, all the time. He keeps using icing frosters for everything except frosting cakes. I think he cut brownies with one. WHY it’s not even sharp!
Aren’t they too funny. Haha! That is the dullest brownie knife ever!
New phones are always so much fun!
Have a great weekend!

Instantly pinned the cookies! I love that quote.
You’ll have to let me know how they are if you make them.

I don’t have plans Sunday either so I think pajamas all day sounds fabulous!! Monday we’re doing Holiday baking, so I’m excited for that and a Holiday cocktail party Saturday night sounds just right! I made an ornament tree kind of like that once and it took me a lot longer than 20 minutes. The perfectionist in me sometimes slows me down! Oh gosh, I have some good fart stories it’s sad really. Have a fabulous weekend!!
Those are the best days! Ohhh I am doing my baking right now actually. Oh no, that doesn’t make me confident in the wreath now. Oh now you have to tell!!

The wreath is something I might actually try…. or *want* to try! But the farting one was waaaaaay too entertaining that I almost forgot about the cookies and the shirt. The one about peeps who interrupt – that is definitely my bf!!
It does seem really easy. I don’t know why I can’t stop laughing at farts. Ooops, I totally get it even though I know it can be annoying.

Ohhhhhh that wreath is so pretty!!!!! I would love to be able to try that!! Those cookies…..that is like my favorite combination and men…..bubbles……hilarious! Thanks so much for linking up!!!
It is the perfect way to add your own theme colors to your decorating. Their texts were too funny. Men sometimes are so literal.
That wreath is adorable! Love that Maya quote…reminds me of Steph’s Thanksgiving post. Have a wonderful weekend, Kerry.
Yes, it does. Hope you are relaxing this weekend.
I’m the same way with changing subjects!!! HAHAHAHA! I will bounce back and forth because if I don’t, I’ll forget what I was going to say.
Yes, exactly. I try really hard sometimes to wait because I don’t want people to think I am not listening but I will easily forget what I was going to say.
Those cookies look so yummy!! Hope you get to relax on Sunday 🙂
I am finally relaxing after getting all my gifts mailed out.

Love the wreath and those cookies are too cute! I wonder if my cookie destroying self can attempt that!
Haha! Proceed with caution. 😉
I love housewarming parties during the holidays. Have so much fun!
Yes, I love being able to see their decorations. It’s so festive.
OMG Bubbles! Ha let me know how to iPhone 6 is! I’ve been thinking about upgrading.
Bubbles, makes everyone happy! I really like it, the screen feels so much bigger.
