Happy Friday!! I am so excited for this weekend because I purposely made absolutely no plans. I wanted to get a lot of house projects done and hopefully add a new top to my coffee table. My kitchen is getting organized and finally all my birthday presents will make it off my dining room table. Hopefully I’ll finish my office too. Fingers crossed I can get it all done. Let’s get to it!

Favorite eBook Organization: Okay so maybe I am late to the party but I wanted to organize my ebooks. I have a ton on my Kindle app that are unread and it was getting ridiculous. I found this tutorial about how to add collections. Please tell me I am not the only one who just heard about this option? If you use something else to organize them let me know.
Favorite Weekend Project: I have been wanting to clean off my countertops so this is perfect timing. I don’t have a lot of storage in my kitchen but I need to find room. I don’t think I can remove everything but almost. This does not mean I am getting rid of any mugs so don’t you worry. 😉

LOL at the Siri post! Too funny! I’ve always wanted our countertops completely bare .. maybe one day!! If we ever build I want a walk in pantry with outlets for all the appliances.
I fave a feeling it won’t be completely bare but so long as I get close would be nice. I would love a walk in pantry!!! One day.

Yes, it makes so much sense and it will take some re-arranging but totally worth a clutter free kitchen.
i love shepherd’s pie! i normally make it with mash or cauliflower mash, and no bread / pastry because that’s weird. but i don’t make mine mini though, so that could be why. also, i make mine with lentils. anywho.
oh man i wish i could organise my kindle that easily! i have the most basic of the basic and its so hard and annoying to add collections.. i have never tried it with the app though, thanks for sharing, i’m gonna give it a go!
Glad it works without the bread! The app was so easy, I just clicked like 34 at a time and it moved them into the collection. I am not sure if it moves it from the full list of all books but I am going to play around this weekend.

I hate counter clutter. I have knives, spices, keurig, and K cups. The Kcups will move into the cabinet soon.

Haha Siri is the best when she gets a ‘tude! I purposely made no plans this weekend too, and it’s super refreshing to just be on my own schedule and to leisurely go shopping and grab some afternoon drinks and snacks. I also find I have time to actually clean, organize, and play catch up on fun stuff like blogging!

I’m in desperate need of some increased organization in my house/life. I found this 52 week challenge via Pinterest (home-storage-solutions-101 . com) and the first week is all about clearing off kitchen counters and the sink.
I know right?! So you can have an unread collection and move it into a read collection. Genius. It was much easier than I thought and I don’t have much in the way of kitchen storage but so worth it. So much easier to keep clean.
