i dump fresh berries – doesn’t matter which ones – chopped bananas, a dollup of greek yogurt, a splash of OJ and blend. i heard that adding dates is also a good alternative!
Yes, dates have lots of good fiber! Yours sounds yummy too!
Ohh this looks good. I’ve been tryin’ to get more protein and this seems like a perfect way.
Thank you. Yes, it is great and really any fruits will do so really easy to customize it to taste.
Looks like a yummy smoothie 🙂
Thank you so much! I was really filling too!

Love smoothies!
I hope you give this one a try then, it was really filling and tasted great.
Yum! I love smoothies, and this one sounds so good! I have really been missing my blender, but I’ve been buying the big jugs of Naked smoothies instead. Not quite the same as homemade, but still delicious! 🙂
I love how you can basically just dump anything in and it still tastes great! 🙂 They are not the same, but i am sure still delicious! You get a pass for being on a boat! 🙂
I wish I liked smoothies. The texture doesn’t please me, and I need to chew my calories or I have a mental thing that I didn’t get any.
Yeah it can be tough to get over the texture. I usually have protein shakes in the morning so it was an easy transition, but I totally get it. Texture kills it for me for a lot of foods.
Nice!!! Love this idea!
So easy to mix and match veggies and fruits too.
I have been looking for good smoothie recipes!! This looks great! And awesome giveaway my friend!

That looks delicious and the kiwi on the glass is making me mouth water! ahhh!
Thank you! The kiwi really added a nice flavor too!
Yum! This sounds and looks great. I love to add flax or chia to my smoothies for some extra nutrients 🙂 will be trying this tomorrow
Thank you. Yes, I love flax oil. I ran out last week! 🙁 Hope you like it!
This one looks like a winner…Smoothies are awesome for breakfast!! I’m such a fan of almond milk – and I didn’t drink much in Peru so it’s like a happy reunion 🙂
Is it hard to get in Peru? It is so amazing and really helps thin out the smoothie a bit. I am not much of a morning person, so
I love a breakfast where I can grab and go.
This looks delicious! My family always makes a ton of smoothies during the summer months. A little ice or frozen fruit, yogurt and some protein powder and we’e good to go. This sounds delicious!
Thank you. I was yummy and so quick to put together.
